Automatically update lead status in sequence builder
Can I get a reminder once a sequence is over?
Yes, you can. If nobody responds, Pigeon will remind you by bumping the email conversation to the top of your inbox so you can take action.
- Click "Add Reminder" to add a reminder task at the end of your sequence.
Can I update the status of my lead in a sequence?
Within our sequence editor, you can create a task to auto-update the status of your leads.
- Click "Add Entry Update" to add that task to your sequence.
- Choose what select field you'd like to update, and to what value.
(if you set the task "0" days after the previous task, it will update it right after it performs that task)
